You have questions - we have answers! Here are some tips that should help clarify a few things.


What is the purity of silver used in the products?

It’s 92.5. We do not use lower grade silver for any of our pieces.


Why is the price of the product more than the market rate of silver?

The price includes the labour charges, workmanship, cost of the stones (if any) and charges for designing the piece.


What does “gold polish” mean

Gold polish refers to a 1 micron 22 carat gold polish that’s applied to the piece once it has been manufactured.


Will the gold polish come off?

The polish will slowly dull after a significant period of time (usually 5 – 6 years). There’s a lacquer coating applied to each piece to protect the product from extensive exposure to moisture (eg: water or perfume). To preserve the polish and extend its longevity, keep the pieces inside a plastic packet and place it inside the packaging that it was shipped in.


Can I keep the jewellery inside my velvet box or cloth case?

In order to preserve the pieces best, they need to be kept inside the packaging in which it was sent to you. If they are kept inside a velvet box or a case of any other fabric, they will absorb dust and moisture and tarnish.


What kinds of gems are used?

We carry more than 130 different gemstones, including precious, semi-precious and hydro gemstones.


Where are the gems from?

They are found in mines around the world. Hydro or processed stones and cultured pearls are made under controlled lab environments.


Are the products and gemstones guaranteed? Do they have a certificate of authenticity?

The products have a lifetime guarantee. There’s also a lifetime exchange policy. More details are available under Terms and Conditions.


Do you make gold jewellery?

We do accept custom orders at any of our retail stores in Bangalore for 22 carat gold jewellery. We do not accept any orders for gold made online.


If I break any of the stones, can the stone be re-made?

Please contact support@creativegems.in and one of our representatives will get in touch with you to assess the damage. Once we have more information, we will be able to determine if it can be fixed, and what the repair cost will be.


Why does my product looks different from the website?

Each piece is individually crafted, and slight variations are expected from what’s shown on the website. Also, browser settings and other digital factors can affect the appearance on the site versus in person.


How long will it take to receive the piece?

Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, the product(s) will take about 5 – 7 days to reach.


Can the order be tracked online?

Yes, it can. After the product has been dispatched, the order can be tracked online via a courier tracking number which we will send you via email.


Do you have domestic as well as International shipping options?

Yes, we do. Our products can be shipped to multiple locations across the world.


Is there a rush order option for delivery?

Yes, there is. The products can be shipped to you via Priority Shipping when the corresponding shipping option is selected during check out, with an additional shipping fee.


Is there a Cash On Delivery (COD) option?

Yes – this option is available for products shipped to Bangalore and Jaipur only.


My product was damaged on delivery. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@creativegems.in within 7 days of receipt of the package. One of our representatives will get in touch with you to assess the damage, and will let you know the time required to fix it.


What other services do you provide at the store?

We do design and customization, stringing, beading, and polish work. Right now, these services are offered only at our retail store locations in Bangalore, India.


I would like to make a custom piece. What do I need to do?

This service is offered at any of our store locations in Bangalore, and we’d be delighted to help you when you stop by.
